Western Innovation Technology Limited ("Western Innovation", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with the Western Admin application and the Western Innovation Technology platform (together, the "Service").

Who This Applies To

Western Admin is an internal operations tool for authorized administrators and staff of Western Innovation Technology and its products (such as Bookanizer). It is not intended for use by the general public, and access requires an administrator account issued by us.

Information We Collect

• Account & authentication data: your name, work email, role, and the session/authentication tokens used to keep you signed in.
• Device & usage data: device information, IP address, app version, and activity/audit logs of administrative actions taken in the app.
• Notification data: push notification tokens used to deliver operational alerts.
• Operational data you access: to perform your role, the app surfaces business records managed on the platform — for example vendor accounts, customer profiles, bookings, transactions, KYC verifications, and support conversations. This data belongs to the platform and its end users; you access it solely to operate and support the Service.

How We Use Data

• To authenticate administrators and enforce role-based access.
• To operate, monitor, and support the platform (bookings, payments, KYC, support, and analytics).
• To maintain audit logs and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To send operational notifications to administrators.
• To improve the reliability and functionality of the Service.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure within and/or outside Nigeria, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
• We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including role-based access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging, to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
• Administrators are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the actions taken under their account.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• We share data only with trusted service providers that power the Service (for example, cloud hosting and database, authentication, payment processing, push notifications, and error/analytics tooling), strictly to deliver the Service.
• We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

Data Retention & Your Rights

• We retain account and audit data for as long as needed to operate the Service and to meet legal, security, and accounting obligations.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your administrator account data, subject to our legal and operational retention requirements (such as audit and tax records).
• Requests are addressed within 30 days in line with NDPR standards.

NDPR Compliance

• Western Innovation Technology complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting us.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying administrators within the app.
