Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Western Admin application (the "App"), owned and operated by Western Innovation Technology Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By signing in to or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Authorized Use & Eligibility

• The App is an internal tool for authorized employees, contractors, and partners of the Company.
• Access requires an administrator account issued by the Company; it is not available to the general public.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by the Company to use the App.
• You may use the App only for legitimate business purposes connected to operating the Company's platform and products.

Description of the App

Western Admin is an operations console that lets authorized administrators monitor and manage the Company's platform and products (such as Bookanizer) — including dashboards and analytics, vendor and customer management, bookings, payments and transactions, KYC review, support and communications, promotions, and system settings.

Account Security & Acceptable Use

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Treat all data accessed through the App as confidential. Do not copy, export, share, or use it except as required to perform your role.
• Do not attempt to access data or features beyond the permissions granted to your role.
• Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

Data Protection

Your use of the App, and any personal or business data you access through it, is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App — including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and databases — remains the property of Western Innovation Technology Limited. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the App as authorized.

Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or revoke your access at any time, including when your role changes or ends, or if these Terms are breached.
• Obligations of confidentiality and responsible data handling continue after your access ends.

Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
